We miss you and are excited to welcome you back. Because the health and safety of our clients and team members are our number one priorirty at Salon L, we have added the following parameters.
Upon arrival, please wait in your car and text your stylist or wait at the back door. One out -- one in will be the policy.
Once ready, we will text/call you. All clients will enter through the back door. Each stylist will have one client in the salon at a time.
We ask that only the person receiving the service come into the salon.
Stations, implements and common areas will be sanitized between guests. Stylists will wash and sanitize their hands in between each client.
Towels, robes and capes will be laundered after each use.
We have removed all unnecessary items (magazines, mints, beverages etc.) to prevent the spread of germs.
Please limit the belongings you bring into the salon, I.e. bags, purses, jackets etc.
We are only shampooing clients who receive color services. If you are receiving a haircut only, we ask that you come to the salon with clean, recently shampooed hair. If you are receiving a color service, you will be asked to "process" in your car or outside, not inside the salon. Blow drys will be limited.
Please use the sanitizing station at the entryway.
Contactless temperature will be taken and a brief health questionnaire will be given to every guest and team member.
We have temporarily omitted our waiting areas.
We are only using every other station.
Waxing services will be limited at this time.
We will refrain from contact greeting and look forward to hugs and handshakes soon. :)
We will still be taking cash, check or charge.
Ask your stylist if you would like to purchase any retail items.
Once you are finished with your service, we ask you to exit through the back. At this time, your stylist will allow their next client to enter.
Stylists are required to wear face masks at all times and a new pair of gloves when appropriate. Stylists will also wear a new robe for each client.
Clients are required to wear a face mask that loops around the ears (please bring your own). If you are not wearing a face mask, you will not be allowed to enter the salon.
Please stay home if you are or have been ill or are showing symptoms.
Any client with a temperature of 99 degrees and above will not be permitted to receive services.
